Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance team at our logistics facilities. You will lead repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, with emphasis on conveyor systems, to ensure uptime and safety.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience, and the ability to coach staff while meeting department KPIs. Must be flexible to work various shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or transferrable management experience (3–5 years)
• Experience with repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Ability to operate basic to complex heavy industrial equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts)

Responsibilities

• Assign job plans and manage maintenance team at the site.
• Lead and coach team; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Account Manager, Planners, Customers, and Department.
• Ensure maintenance objectives and KPIs are met.
• Develop and oversee QA/QC inspection protocols for work performed.
