Calqulate Metrics Ltd. in Early Branch, SC seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department for a commercial laundry operation. You will oversee daily repairs, PMs, and drive a safe, efficient program across plant equipment and facilities.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and PLC/electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience in laundry environments is preferred; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience with knowledge of machinery, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welder and boiler applications.
• Lead or supervisory experience required; management experience preferred.
• Commercial laundry experience preferred; similar manufacturing industries accepted.
• Must have a preventive maintenance mindset, and experience managing a PM program in this industry or a similar industry.
• Electrical troubleshooting ability.
• PLC programming experience.
• Experience in carpentry, boiler repair, welding, and general facility repairs.

Client is searching for a Maintenance Manager for a commercial laundry operation in Early Branch, SC (near Charleston and Hilton Head).

As a Maintenance Manager you’re the leader of the maintenance department where you will develop and facilitate mechanical needs between all departments.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager has overall responsibility for the daily repair and preventative maintenance of industrial textile processing equipment and facility maintenance and guides the maintenance team by providing training, direction and leadership. They will ensure all vendor services and contractors are compliant with the mission, objectives, policies and procedures of the Company as well as all regulatory requirements.
