Job summary
Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations across the facility, ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and safe, uninterrupted production of industrial gases.
You will lead planning, coordinate maintenance projects, manage CMMS records, supervise the maintenance team, and work with Corporate Engineering on improvements to enhance asset longevity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ten or more years in plant and facility operation / maintenance management.
- Education includes Associate's or Bachelor's degree as a minimum.
- Experience with CMMS, CAD, and quality/ISO systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of facility and equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
- Lead maintenance planning and project management across operations.
- Maintain CMMS records and monitor PM program.
- Manage the facility maintenance group and approve contractors.
- Coordinate with Corporate Engineering on projects and participate in Emergency Response Team.

This role provides technical direction,coordinates maintenance planning, and leads continuous improvement effortsthat support operational efficiency and asset longevity.
- Provide managementcapabilities to facilitate the overall maintenance of the Longmontfacility buildings, manufacturing and R&D operations.
- Initiate andmanage improvement and repair projects for operations and facilityequipment and systems.
- Maintain Longmontmanufacturing and facility equipment and maintenance records andmonitor PM program.
- Manage facilityand plant maintenance group.
- Approve andoversee contractors.
- Work inconjunction with Corporate Engineering on all projects.
- Participate as anactive member of the facility Emergency Response Team.
- This positionreports to the Longmont Branch Manager.
