Job summary

ADP in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Maintenance I to perform general upkeep, sanitation, and minor facility maintenance. This role is a regular full-time position in the Operations department.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and facilities, sanitation of washrooms, grounds maintenance, and assisting with moving equipment as needed. Attendance is an essential function of this job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains floors daily.
• Cleans and sanitizes all washroom facilities routinely.
• Empties wastebaskets throughout the building.
• Vacuums, sweeps and dusts offices.
• Maintains outside grounds and removes litter.
• May assist with moving equipment and/or office furniture.
• Assists with snow and ice removal when needed.
• Complete job-related checklists and forms.
• Attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
