Mercy Housing in California is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for The Courtyards at Orange Grove. This on-site role partners with property management to maintain buildings and oversee budgets and vendor contracts.

You will ensure timely turnover, complete routine repairs, and coordinate with vendors while keeping safety and quality at the forefront. Eligible candidates have strong maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to read electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Repair and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents, including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with property management.
