Job description

Description

Located in the heart of Dewey Beach and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, our two signature hotels bring together laid-back coastal energy, local personality, sunny service, and memorable guest experiences.

Block Party Hotels is looking for a hands-on, dependable, and proactive Maintenance Manager who takes pride in keeping things running at their best. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage maintenance from behind a desk. We need a leader who notices what needs attention before it becomes a problem, jumps in alongside the team, and takes ownership of the condition, safety, and functionality of our properties.

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day maintenance operation, supervise and support the maintenance team, manage preventative maintenance and repairs, and work closely with hotel leadership to make sure our properties are safe, well cared for, and ready to deliver a great experience for every guest.

And you won’t just be joining Block Party Hotels, you’ll be joining TBC Hotels, a growing hospitality company that values relationships, integrity, entrepreneurial thinking, and people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

If you’re a problem-solver, a strong team leader, and someone who takes pride in leaving things better than you found them, we’d love to meet you.
