Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.

• Manage maintenance operations and spare parts inventories to support uptime.
• Ensure reliable operation of facility utility systems (electrical, air, HVAC, water).

Responsibilities

• Create and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance staff.
• Allocate labor and resources across shifts and departments.
• Maintain adherence to OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams on equipment upgrades and root cause analysis.
• Track maintenance metrics such as downtime, response time, and cost efficiency.
• Use data to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve asset performance and reduce costs.
