Job summary

Buckman seeks a Maintenance Manager at the Memphis Manufacturing Site to lead reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across maintenance activities.

You will manage maintenance teams, oversee CAPEX projects, and ensure asset performance, regulatory compliance, and data integrity to support production goals.

Requires 10+ years of facilities experience and a mechanical/industrial engineering degree, with strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mechanical or Industrial.
• 10+ years of facilities management experience.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
• Analytical and mechanical aptitude with teamwork.
• Familiarity with Reliability Maintenance concepts.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize asset uptime and production efficiency.
• Lead maintenance staff including electricians and technicians.
• Maintain centralized maintenance management system and data integrity.
• Support CAPEX projects and pre-startup safety reviews.
• Oversee inventory and procurement for maintenance parts.
• Collaborate with Plant leadership to improve capacity and safety.
