Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance and leadership experience in a manufacturing plant.
- 5 years’ experience in the corrugated box industry with heavy experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
Responsibilities
- Actively supervise employees in maintenance coordination, execution and planning, including a 24/7 maintenance team.
- Report to Site Manager any information that may impede plant operation and provide technical equipment insights.
- Initiate and maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program and implement cost-reduction ideas.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results.
- Manage machine reliability initiatives and ensure adequate inventories of spare parts.
