Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directly manage one Maintenance Supervisor and a team of 10 technicians across two shifts.
• Perform hands-on repairs on CNC laser cutting equipment and other production machinery.
• Implement and manage a CMMS system to streamline maintenance operations.
• Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coach, mentor, and train maintenance employees to enhance team capabilities and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system issues.

Key Requirements
