Maintenance Manager

On-Site

$100,000-$120,000

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager in the Raleigh-Durham-Triangle area. We are growing at a tremendous rate which presents a fantastic opportunity to join our company and achieve long-term career goals. A successful candidate is one who will drive Change Management, be a Team Builder with a focus on Safety, who is Goal Oriented and has a Servant Leadership work style. The Maintenance Manager will focus on safe, efficient reliable maintenance and operations of equipment to ensure the production of quality products and machine up time.

• Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Improve the reliability of the equipment.
• Troubleshoot Electronic PLC's Equipment
• Serve as a key resource for safety related issues
• Meet and exceed OSHA requirements for a safe workplace
• Purchasing and vendor relations
• Build and maintain CMMS systems
• Welding, Fabricating, Machine tool experience
• Providing leadership, coaching and direction to maintenance staff
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean manufacturing principles.
• Source parts from vendors and to substitute OEM parts with more economical options
• update older equipment
• Electrical skills to include 480Volt experience
• Provide input for capital projects including identifying scope, cost, and milestones.

Experience:

• 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Forklift/overhead lift certifications preferred
• Mechanical/Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to solve mechanical/electrical problems
• Strong organizational skills
• ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills
• Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills
