Job Description
The Maintenance Manager assists the Plant Engineer in leading and directing salaried and hourly personnel engaged in all phases of the plant engineering function, including installation, repair, and maintenance of all plant systems, equipment, grounds, and facilities. This individual is expected to provide high-level technical service in a safe manner, partnering with other leaders to produce glass containers with continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

What we offer at O-I:
Salary Range: The expected salary range is between $110,000 and $140,000, including a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay depends on experience and other factors.
