Job summary

Our client in the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities across the facility, including production lines, utilities, and plant infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years of management experience in high-speed CPG environments, strong electrical, mechanical, and control system knowledge, and proven ability to lead technicians; familiarity with EMaint CMMS is a must; relocation is possible.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, boiler and waste treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the annual R&M budget, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA requirements.
• Coordinate capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support plant sustainability and operational excellence.

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance and Engineering teams.
