Job summary

ArcelorMittal in Portland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a rotating shift maintenance team that ensures safe, reliable maintenance supporting plant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in heavy industry (steel, mining, petrochemical or power generation).
• At least 3 years leading maintenance personnel or contractors.
• Strong hands-on background with rotating equipment, conveyors, material handling, pumps, compressors, gearboxes and hydraulics.
• Experience with SAP PM or a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a rotational shift maintenance team to support plant operations.
