The role blends technical expertise with strong leadership to drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement. You will mentor maintenance teams, manage budgets and capital projects, coordinate with senior leadership, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality and environmental standards in regulated

Qualifications

• Leadership of maintenance in a 24/7 pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech/medical devices) and GMP preferred.
• Strong preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability experience.
• Background with capital projects, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Recruitment and development of maintenance talent.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance operations across a 24/7, four-shift environment
• Manage, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel
• Drive preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, and equipment uptime
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Support capital planning, budgeting, and maintenance projects
• Manage vendors, contractors, and equipment relationships
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Recruit and develop high-performing maintenance talent
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulated manufacturing requirements
• Maintenance or Engineering leadership experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing
• Strong preventative/predictive maintenance and reliability experience
• Experience leading teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Background with capital projects, budgeting, and vendor management
• GMP or other regulated manufacturing experience is highly preferred
