Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of C&W Services operations at our City, State location. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Preventative and Predictive Maintenance of Conveyor Systems.

Duties include:

1. Leading, directing, coordinating, and evaluating all maintenance and facility support activities.
2. Leading the 'Safety First' program, managing customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy enforcement, budget preparation, and cost control.
3. Handling profit and loss responsibilities, quality control, maintenance process development, and administrative functions, making sound judgments affecting the company's business.
4. Managing all salaried and hourly staff at the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company and customer policies.
5. Interacting with customer and client personnel to meet expectations.
6. Developing and maintaining performance metrics records.

Requirements include:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of five years in maintenance management, including supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Experience with Predictive and Preventative Maintenance of Conveyor Systems is required.
3. Membership in industry-related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) and professional certification are desirable.
4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

The actual site location is in Salinas, CA.

Compensation ranges from $123,250 to $145,000, depending on experience and other factors.
