Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager in Heber Springs, AR to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maximizing equipment uptime and driving preventive maintenance strategies.

You will lead a skilled maintenance team, manage PM programs, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to achieve safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance technicians or supervisors.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Experience working with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking software.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, robotics, or controls systems is a plus.
• Technical degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment.
• Drive equipment reliability and improve overall plant uptime and production efficiency.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Develop and track maintenance KPIs, including downtime, PM completion rates, and equipment performance.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and outside service providers.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and increased equipment reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment records.
