Job summary

The Newell Group is assisting a Virginia-based manufacturing client in the Shenandoah Valley to fill a Maintenance Manager role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in food/beverage manufacturing or 10+ years in industrial maintenance leadership, with a Bachelor's in Engineering preferred and strong PLC programming and project management skills.

Industrial maintenance leadership and Lean Six Sigma experience are highly valued, with food manufacturing background considered a strong plus.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have

5+ years experience in food or beverage manufacturing

Bachelor's or better in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Similar)

OR 10+ years experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Maintenance Management

10+ years' industrial or manufacturing maintenance management
