Pro Found Recruiting, LLC represents a leading food manufacturer in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, seeking a Senior Maintenance & Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance, engineering, automation, and plant services to drive reliability and performance.

This onsite leadership role reports to department leaders and offers relocation assistance, a competitive base salary with bonus eligibility, and potential for broader responsibilities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible maintenance or engineering management experience.
• At least five years of food manufacturing experience.
• Strong maintenance and reliability background with demonstrated team leadership.
• Experience managing managers preferred; candidates seeking advancement will be considered.
• Engineering or related degree preferred; extensive relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and partner with Operations to improve plant reliability and performance.
• Strengthen preventive maintenance, work planning, and spare parts management.
• Oversee engineering projects, equipment improvements, and plant infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, develop department leaders, and help hire a Maintenance Manager.
