The successful candidate will lead a multi-shift maintenance team, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance. Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWhat you’ll be doing…
Lead and manage a high-performing multi-shift maintenance team focused on equipment reliability, uptime, and safety
Plan and coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, and repair schedules to support production goals
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and facilities-related maintenance activities across the plant
Implement and track KPIs related to downtime, PM compliance, and response time
Develop consistent maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and SOPs across the team
Track and report key maintenance data including equipment downtime, PM compliance, work order status, MTBF, MTTR, parts usage, etc.
Maintain audit readiness and serve as point of contact for maintenance-related audits, quality standards, and compliance initiatives
Manage inventory of spare parts and oversee vendor relationships for maintenance-related services
Support employee development through training, coaching, regular performance evaluations, etc.
What we’re looking for…
3+ years of formal leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; hands-on knowledge of plant systems and automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, etc.
Experience with SAP or other CMMS tools for scheduling and data management
Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 or similar quality standards
Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate across departments, and drive operational improvements
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work onsite, Monday – Friday
