Job summary

Roskam Foods in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a maintenance leader to ensure safety, quality, and reliability across our facility. You will drive risk-based maintenance, supervise maintenance supervisors, and enhance the preventive maintenance program to improve equipment uptime and safety.

The role requires leadership in an industrial setting, project management skills, and a strong familiarity with OSHA, GMPs, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an industrial maintenance setting, preferably in food production.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Skilled at guiding technicians through diagnosis of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to refine RBC safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation programs.
