Job summary

Roskam Foods in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our plant maintenance team across multiple lines. You will drive reliability, safety, and cost-efficient maintenance practices in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong leadership, TPM/AM experience, and hands-on problem solving with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems. You will oversee supervisors, manage the preventive maintenance program, and partner with production to meet quality

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an industrial maintenance setting, preferably in food production.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Skilled at diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance supervisors to ensure work is prioritized and executed to customer requirements.
• Enhance the preventive maintenance program to improve equipment reliability and safety.
