Job summary

Village Green is seeking an immediate Maintenance Technician at our Dublin, OH property. You will handle timely work orders, apartment turns, and on-call maintenance, with a focus on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and willingness to work weekends. Certifications in plumbing, contracting, or building trades are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 year's of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus! We appreciate availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary!

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects
• Knowledge in HVAC
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
• Completion of apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
• Diagnoses problems and repairs in electrical
• Responds to all service requests on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
• Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
• Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months
• Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable

- Responds to all service requests on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, which must be completed in a timely and professional manner

- Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
