To be responsible for all areas of machine and facility maintenance including production machine maintenance and spare parts inventory. Responsible for the management and supervision of all Maintenance Department personnel.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct reports are the Maintenance Supervisor, Service Supervisor, and electronics personnel. Manages the daily operations and direct supervisors in the Maintenance Department, and indirectly all department personnel. Responsible for the management, recruitment, coaching, disciplining, rewarding and evaluation of all department personnel.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field; Three to five years experience in Equipment Maintenance in a manufacturing environment with two years Supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pay Range:$90,000-$120,000 annually.
Final pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
