Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance, facilities, or property management environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical systems, including low- and high-voltage.
• Experience with HVAC systems and interpreting schematics/technical docs.
• Proficiency with CMMS for work orders, inventory and history.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, and repair methods.
• Strong leadership and communication in fast-paced environments.
• Project management skills for planning and executing initiatives.
• Fluency in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general infrastructure.
• Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Manage CMMS to track work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and equipment history.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, low-voltage components, schematics, and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct routine property and equipment inspections using diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend system life.
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes.
• Collaborate with property management to maintain curb appeal, resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility infrastructure
• Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
• Manage the maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and equipment history
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, low-voltage components, schematics, and mechanical equipment
• Conduct routine property and equipment inspections using diagnostic tools to proactively identify and address issues
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems and equipment
