Role Description
The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in De Forest, WI, responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. This role oversees daily maintenance activities, including planning and prioritizing work orders, coordinating repairs, and managing preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery and building systems. The Maintenance Manager monitors equipment performance, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement. Daily responsibilities also include supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor relationships, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and tracking maintenance-related costs and inventory. The role contributes to long-term maintenance strategies, capital planning, and implementation of best practices that support efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability.
