The Role

The Service Manager is a leadership role requiring excellent customer service skills to build rapport with your team, residents, and vendors. You are the community's backbone, overseeing service operations and maintaining community standards. Our Service Managers are hands-on leaders eager to take on new challenges to support their team.

You Are…

• Experienced in supervising a team and conducting building and annual unit inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Organized and punctual, comfortable collaborating with the General Manager to set expectations and meet deadlines.
• Confident in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to reduce emergency repairs.
• Knowledgeable about budget guidelines, purchasing supplies, scheduling vendor services, and bidding procedures under supervision.
• Technical expert in property maintenance, providing mentorship and training to develop team skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasks based on community needs.

You Have…

• 3-5 years of experience in apartment maintenance
• EPA Certification Type I and II
