Job summary

Intersand America, a world leader in pet hygiene solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Windsor, CO plant. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and compliance while leading a team of Electro-Mechanical Technicians.

This full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance, work order management, inventory control, and collaboration with Production Supervisors to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of six Electro-Mechanical Technicians
• Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work quality that is performed
• Administers the preventive maintenance program for all machinery and plant needs
• Responsible for maintenance inventory and parts ordering
• Works closely with Production Supervisors to schedule equipment maintenance activities
• Schedules building inspections in order to meet the compliance standards

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager oversees the daily operations of the Maintenance Department at the Windsor, CO plant. This individual coordinates repairs, schedules preventative maintenance, supervises technicians, manages work orders, and maintains compliance with safety standards and procedures.
