We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic Maintenance Leader to oversee all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance at our flagship U.S. site. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while developing a high-performing team. What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of skilled maintenance professionals in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Champion safety and EHS compliance—modeling the behaviors that support a world-class safety culture
• Drive reliability and uptime through a robust, forward-looking maintenance strategy (predictive, preventive, and reactive)
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, R&D, and product teams to support production goals and innovation initiatives
• Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work orders and capital projects
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and build strong supplier relationships
• Review and influence long-term capital planning for equipment reliability
• Develop the next generation of leaders through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability
• Contribute to company-wide goals in performance, quality, customer satisfaction, and community impact

Who You Are

• A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a track record of building capable, engaged teams
• Comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with long-term strategy
• Known for your problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfortable on the shop floor and in a strategy session—you know how to adapt your style to get results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent maintenance/technical experience accepted
• 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory or maintenance planning experience strongly preferred
• Strong skills in CMMS systems (MP2/CMMS), SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and build trust across all levels of the organization
