Job summary

Experis is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a Food & Beverage manufacturing client in Oklahoma. You will lead maintenance across production lines, utilities and plant infrastructure, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years in a high-speed CPG environment (food/beverage preferred), strong leadership, and CMMS experience (EMaint).

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of maintenance management in high-speed CPG, preferably food/beverage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, boiler, and waste treatment systems.
• Proven ability to lead technicians and direct reports.
• Experience using CMMS such as EMaint.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

Our client, Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?
