Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment runs efficiently

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce failures and downtime

Supervise, train, and support maintenance technicians

Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely maintenance solutions

Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and inventory

Oversee vendor and contractor relationships for services and supplies

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field

5+ years of maintenance management experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings

Strong technical knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and systems

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Proficiency with maintenance management software
