Job summary

Jobot in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will own capital projects, oversee safety compliance, and drive asset reliability across the site.

The position reports to the General Manager and focuses on managing maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, developing investment strategies, budget control, and ensuring NADCAP and other certifications are maintained.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, owning maintenance processes, new installations and equipment improvements
• Develop and manage capital investment and automation strategy, including project scope, schedule, budget and risk
• Own plant wide safety compliance across mobile equipment, crane safety, arc flash and fire protection programs
• Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance principles to drive continuous asset reliability improvement
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance operating budget
• Troubleshoot complex integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment hands on
• Maintain NADCAP and other required certifications across the maintenance function

Job Details

Lead maintenance and engineering operations supporting 24 hour manufacturing, reporting directly to the General Manager, owning capital projects, safety compliance and asset reliability across the site.
