Responsibilities

• Set the maintenance strategy and daily priorities needed to keep critical equipment reliable and production running effectively
• Turn equipment failures and downtime data into targeted reliability actions that eliminate recurring problems and strengthen preventive maintenance
• Improve maintenance planning and execution through effective CMMS utilization, work order discipline, scheduling, and performance measurement
• Manage labor, contractors, spare parts, and maintenance spending while balancing cost objectives with equipment availability
• Coordinate closely with Operations to plan repairs, preventive work, installations, and equipment improvements with minimal production disruption
