Summary
Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings, machines, equipment, autos, and lifts. Maintains grounds by performing the following duties:

Education and Qualifications
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or a minimum of one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to obtain an industrial truck certification. Basic knowledge of computer systems is preferred.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands. Frequently required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditions. Noise level is usually moderate.
