Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Plant Operations Assistant for Vitalia Solon in Solon, OH. This part-time role supports the Plant Operations Director, maintaining community areas and servicing equipment.

The position requires physical fitness, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays 8:00am–4:30pm. Candidates should have HVAC certification preferred, multi-unit maintenance experience with supervisory duties, and knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and experience recommended.
• 2+ years in multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors/in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operations Director in maintaining all community areas and equipment.
• Respond to repair requests and document progress.
• Help ensure safety of employees, residents, and visitors.
• Support day-to-day operations including indoor/outdoor duties.
