Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to read and interpret analog and digital gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and CAD/CAM drawings.
• Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience OR certificate/diploma plus 1 year experience.
• Must pass a written comprehension test and mechanical aptitude evaluation.
• Must own and maintain a set of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust equipment (drill presses, lathes, milling machines, surface grinders).
• Perform basic welding and brazing to fabricate, modify and repair equipment and parts.
• Maintain process documentation and records with accuracy.
• Keep a clean, orderly work area at all times.
• Attend shift, department and plant meetings as directed by supervisor.
