Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Maintenance Machine Repair Technician - 1st Shift to our team.

The Maintenance Machine Repair Technician is responsible for ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on NC/CNC machines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions using diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. It also includes building services and facility maintenance, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting building systems. Candidates should have broad knowledge and experience in welding, fabrication, plumbing, and some electrical work. The ability to read and work from blueprints and diagrams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field
• Knowledge and experience with journeyman certification, card, or equivalent education
• Experience in a mechanical trade
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and NC/CNC controls
• Knowledgeable of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic knowledge of metalwork and fabrication
• Understanding of welding, locating, and using repair parts manuals
• Proficiency with small hand tools, indicators, and measuring tools
• The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, excellent problem-solving skills, good communication, a willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
