Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in an industrial field or a related bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year supervisory experience in maintenance or related environment; or 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance with leadership experience.
• Willing to attend required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity and ensure safety and quality in the maintenance area.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; monitor performance and provide feedback.
