Kraft Heinz is seeking a Line Mechanic at the Beaver Dam Plant to keep our cream cheese production lines running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, set up lines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or line mechanics is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform preventive maintenance.

Starting Pay: $32.25/hour

2nd & 3rd Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour

2nd (1:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

3rd (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

What You’ll Work On

Every day is different. You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing production equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance to prevent downtime

• Partnering with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Engineering teams

You’ll Also Need To

• Pass our Mechanical Skills Assessment
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be comfortable working overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
• Hold (or obtain) a Forklift License
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
