The Kraft Heinz Company in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking a Line Mechanic to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and set up line changes to keep Philadelphia Cream Cheese moving safely and efficiently.

You will work with experienced maintenance professionals, earn a starting pay of $32.25 per hour with a $2.00 per hour shift premium on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and pursue a long-term career with one of the world’s largest food

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or line mechanics in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

3rd (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

What You’ll Work On

Every day is different. You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing production equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance to prevent downtime
• Setting up and changing over production lines
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues during production
• Improving equipment reliability and efficiency
• Partnering with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Engineering teams
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and food-safe manufacturing environment
• Using SAP to document maintenance activities and manage work orders

You’ll work on equipment that keeps one of our flagship products moving from production to store shelves.
