Qualifications

• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.

This person must know how to manage irrigation timers, repair irrigation leaks, repair sprinkler heads, and other aspects necessary to ensure the grass remains green and healthy.
