Equity LifeStyle Properties in West Salem, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Level III to perform a range of maintenance duties including HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, and appliance repair to keep community amenities well maintained and safe. You will work as part of a team, attend daily meetings, report concerns to management, and may drive maintenance trucks.

A valid driver's license, 2–3+ years of experience, and lifting up to 50 pounds are required; on-call

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of direct technical work experience in maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and keep them well maintained and working
• Conduct irrigation system repairs
• Perform plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs as needed
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks on property
• Report maintenance concerns to management and coordinate with staff
