Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a part-time Maintenance-2 in Mesa, AZ. The role involves performing light repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks to keep community properties well maintained.

You will work with a team to meet quality maintenance standards, attend daily meetings, and coordinate with management on projects. Must have a valid license and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained.
• Maintain grounds and keep area trash-free.
• Keep property clean, safe, and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings and communicate vendor schedules.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks on property.
• Monitor inventory and supplies; perform other duties as assigned.
