Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Tucson, AZ is hiring for Maintenance - Level I. You will perform a range of tasks including HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, groundskeeping and more as part of a team with the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will maintain a clean, safe and appealing property, communicate with management and staff, report concerns, move heavy objects and may operate maintenance trucks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of direct technical work experience in irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas, keeping them free from trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
