Job summary

ATI is seeking a Maintenance Leader at our Cudahy, WI facility. The role leads hourly maintenance staff and contractors, oversees preventive maintenance, and ensures safety, quality and environmental requirements are met.

You will plan maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment, and mentor staff while coordinating with production and labor unions. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of supervision and a high school diploma or GED, with Journeyman status preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities in a cost effective manner which support production schedules.
• Provide broad practical and technical knowledge of all areas of Maintenance; troubleshoot to improve uptime.
• Problem solve equipment breakdowns, develop a plan, and communicate appropriately.
• Promote positive relationships while complying with labor contracts and EEO/AAP provisions.
• Ensure safe working conditions via safety initiatives and housekeeping.
• Supervise a diverse team of maintenance crafts.
• Communicate and plan EAM work orders with production supervisors.
• Manage small projects related to maintenance crafts.
• Support ATI Forged Products, Safety and Quality Programs.
