Job summary

Mowi in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for improving equipment reliability and leading maintenance planning for a seafood manufacturing facility.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyze equipment performance, lead RCFA, manage parts inventory, train staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards and audits.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and teamwork with Operations and Quality.

Qualifications

• Understanding of OSHA, LOTO, GMP, HACCP, SQF standards, and FDA/USDA regulations.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance reporting tools.
• Strong planning, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Analyze equipment performance and lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
• Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance processes. Reduce downtime.
• Support and enhance CMMS usage, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Ensure facility is maintained in a state of preparedness for audits and visits, at all times.
