Amazon.com Services LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team focused on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on problem solving, coordinating preventive maintenance programs and emergencies while driving real-time improvements.

You will mentor technicians and automation engineers, ensuring safety and high-quality service, and manage external contractors and MHE performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or Reliability Engineering or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience.
• Flex schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering growth and performance.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols across the site during maintenance activities.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with teams to address system performance and provide analysis.
