Amarillo Gear Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, and ensure peak equipment reliability in a manufacturing facility.

You will design maintenance plans, manage budgets, coordinate with outside vendors, track metrics, and enforce safety protocols while driving continuous improvement. Maintain Arc flash safety program annually and assist in selecting and installing new equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing maintenance, with 2+ years in supervision.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for machines and systems.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose malfunctions, coordinate repairs, oversee corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues, with outside help as needed.
• Maintain spare parts inventory, track costs, and manage budget.
• Ensure maintenance follows safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Maintain maintenance records and monthly metrics; coordinate vendor relations.
• Coordinate and install new equipment and removal of existing equipment.
• Keep Arc flash safety program updated annually.
