Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities to keep machines and systems operating safely.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance plans and inspections.
• Coordinate repairs and oversee corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other issues, including vendor involvement.
• Maintain spare parts inventory, track costs, and manage within budget.
• Ensure safety regulations and PPE use are followed in all tasks.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coordinate installation/removal of equipment and vendor relationships.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and performance metrics.
