Job summary

Novelis Uhrichsville plant seeks an Associate Maintenance Leader to drive safe, efficient maintenance operations and continuous improvement. You will lead and develop hourly personnel, implement standard work, and manage budgets within a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (4 on/4 off).

Responsibilities include process ownership for rapid improvement events, coaching teams, and ensuring procedures meet product specs and quality targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years in a team-based management or leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to drive accountability.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient maintenance operations and develop employees.
• Develop and sustain standard work and coach teams.
• Address training needs and evaluate performance.
• Manage budgets, inventory usage and procurement processes.
• Implement 6S and support rapid improvement events.
